Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all major towns and regions across Kenya through our trusted courier partner, Speedaf.

Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 24 hours to major towns and surrounding areas. For remote locations, delivery may take 1–2 business days, depending on courier routes and schedules.

Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed:

We prepare and dispatch your item through Speedaf Courier Services.

You will receive an Air Waybill (AWB) or tracking number immediately after dispatch.

You can use this number to track your shipment online and monitor its progress in real time.

Delivery Fees

Delivery charges are paid directly to the courier at the point of dispatch.
Payment for the product itself is made upon delivery, ensuring transparency and convenience for our customers.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, we’ll share your AWB document via WhatsApp or SMS, enabling you to track your parcel online until it reaches your location.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging and handling all items. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately through WhatsApp, phone, or email within 24 hours of delivery.
We will arrange for an exchange, replacement, or refund (subject to verification) in accordance with our Return Policy.

Refunds & Returns

1. Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

Be unused,

Be in the same condition you received it, and

Be in its original packaging with all accessories intact.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines,

Intimate or sanitary products,

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases,

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
