Reside in Kenya or be incorporated as a Kenyan business.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is true and accurate.

3. Formation of Contract

When you place an order through our website, it is considered an offer to purchase.
We may accept or reject your order for reasons including (but not limited to):

Product unavailability,

Pricing or description errors,

Failed payment or credit verification.

An order confirmation email will be sent once we receive your order. However, a binding contract is only formed when your order is dispatched or collected (for pickup orders).

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Kenya Shillings (Ksh) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
We accept various payment methods including M-Pesa, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers.

Payment must be completed before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
If payment is unsuccessful, we reserve the right to delay or cancel the order.

Third-party payment processors may apply additional charges, which will be displayed before checkout.

5. Delivery and Collection

We deliver products within Kenya using reputable courier or logistics partners.
Delivery timelines vary based on your location and product availability.

Once a product is dispatched, ownership and risk transfer to you.
If a product is collected in-store, the transfer of ownership occurs upon collection.

6. Right to Cancel and Returns

If you are a consumer, you may cancel or return your order within 1 calendar day after receiving your product, provided the product meets the following conditions:

You may qualify for a return or full refund if:

The wrong item was delivered.

The item is faulty or does not switch on (for electronics).

The product was damaged during shipment.

The item was returned instantly with the delivery rider and remains sealed.

Return conditions:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, and packaging materials must be returned intact.

The product label must remain attached unless the defect relates to labeling.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to partial refunds.

7. Warranty

Most electronics sold by AYRON ELECTRONICS come with a manufacturer or supplier warranty, the duration of which is specified on the product page or packaging.
Warranty coverage excludes:

Physical damage or misuse,

Unauthorized repairs or tampering,

Normal wear and tear.

Warranty claims must be made in accordance with the manufacturer’s policy.

8. Product Information and Availability

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
In such cases, we will inform you and give you the option to confirm or cancel your order.

Product availability is subject to stock levels at the time of order.
