1. Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
Be unused,
Be in the same condition you received it, and
Be in its original packaging with all accessories intact.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines,
Intimate or sanitary products,
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases,
Gift cards, downloadable software, and some health and personal care items.
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
2. Return Conditions and Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if:
A product shows obvious signs of use,
A CD, DVD, software, video game, or electronic media has been opened,
The item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, or
The item is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email, SMS, or call that we have received your returned item.
We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method (M-Pesa, card, or bank).
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please:
Recheck your bank or M-Pesa account.
Contact your card issuer or bank, as processing delays may occur.

5. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded, but may be exchanged if defective.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.

7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we receive it.
If the gift giver received the item first and later gave it to you, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
8. Shipping Returns

You’ll be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning an item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Depending on your location, the delivery time for exchanged products may vary.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable courier service or shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without a tracking number.
